We are a DMV approved education provider. We teach prelicensing classes and continuation classes. We will have class for individuals, groups or private classes.To attend class, you need your drivers' license for identification and cash for class. Sorry we do not accept checks or credit cards for payment. There is no class size limit, meaning if you are the only one who is signed up to attend class that day, class will not be canceled, we will have class even if you are the only one. Comfortable class setting. You may bring a guest with no charge, they will not receive a certificate of completion. Private classes are available upon request. Prelicensing class is for 6 hours. Hours are normally from 9:30am to 4:00.

Class price includes an extensive training book which is yours to keep for future reference, free valuable handouts, and discussion on all subjects required by DMV to include: Red Flag Rule, updated DMV rules & regulations, and the steps needed to become a retail or wholesale dealer or autobroker dealer such as obtaining a sellers permit, city zoning verification, fictitious name filing to name a few - so there is no need to write notes all day.You will also receive a certificate of completion when all study material has been completed and you have passed the pre-test. You will not receive needless (giveaways) paperwork, DVD'S etc., that will only bog you down with trivial information diverting valuable time that could be used to obtain your license.Becky Dugan is your class instructor, and has 10 years experience teaching dealer education class, she will be able to answer any questions you may have due to her level of expertise in her hands on technique of training.

EFFECTIVE 7/01/12 NEW LAW REQUIRES NEW & USED dealers licensed in the State of CA to obtain a National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) report for all used vehicles for sale and affix a warning sticker on any vehicle, if the certificate of title contains a brand, prior to sale. NMVTIS is the only publicly available system in the United States to which all insurance carriers, auto recyclers, junk yards, and salvage yards are required, under federal law, to report to on a regular basis.

EFFECTIVE 7/01/12 Requires New & Used car dealers to participate in a DMV approved Electronic Registration System (EVR) for registering and titling all vehicle transactions.
